how much would it cost to make that item an at will, willed, collar of umbral metamorphosis?

I dont want to CONSTANTLY be a shadow thing, just to will it to make me one for 10 minutes when theres combat or something

actually, it specifically melds with you

When activated, it seems to disappear into your shadowy flesh. A command word, such as "fade" or "darken," both activates and deactivates the collar.
when you activate it, making doffing it pretty hard.

though, i did somehow miss that second part about it already having a activate and deactivate word. So, still, yes, continuous works and I just need to command word deactivate it.
