Ordered
While a creature is Ordered, they have the following effects depending on how severe it is. The effects do stack, from Minor to Regular to Major.

Minorly Ordered
The creature cannot score a critical hit with an attack (though natural 20s do automatically hit) and the result of any damage rolls they make is replaced with the average (rounded down per die).

Ordered
The creature's d20 rolls cannot be made with advantage or disadvantage.

Majorly Ordered
The creature's d20 rolls are all counted as being 10. If the creature is allowed to make a save against the condition, this d20 is rolled normally.Blade Of Order
Weapon [Any], Uncommon
This weapon, normally a greatsword wielded by the Heroes of the Order Of Tales, can be made in any weapon form. It is a magical weapon that inflicts Minorly Ordered on any creature struck by it, until the end of the wielder's next turn.

The Blade Of Order can grow more powerful in the right hands-hands belonging exclusively to the Order Of Tales.Order Of Tales Soldier

Extra Attack
The Soldier makes two Spear attacks or other actions that can replace an attack.

Minor Impose Will
The Soldier selects one creature within 60' and forces them to make a DC 12 Wisdom save. On a failure, they are Minorly Ordered for one minute, or until they succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom save at the end of their turn. While a creature is affected, the Soldier is also Minorly Ordered.

Well-Ordered
While Ordered in any capacity, a Hero can still roll with advantage, still score critical hits, and rounds damage dice up.

Actions
Blade Of Order Melee Weapon Attack:
+7 to-hit, reach 5', one target. Hit: 2d6+4 (11(1)) slashing damage, and the target is Ordered until the end of the Hero's next turn.

Extra Attack II
The Hero makes three Blade Of Order attacks or other actions that can replace an attack.

Impose Will
The Hero forces a creature within 60' to make a DC 14 Wisdom save. On a failure, they are Ordered for one minute, or until they succeed on another DC 14 Wisdom save at the end of their turn. While a creature is Ordered in this way, the Hero is as well.

Bastion Of Order [Recharge 6]
The Hero forces all creatures of their choice within 15' to make a DC 14 Wisdom save. On a failure, they are Majorly Ordered until the end of the Hero's next turn.

Reactions
Parry
The Hero adds 3 to their AC against one attack.
This is the TRUE average. The average used while Ordered would be 12.Order Of Tales Ordinary Princess

Order Leader
While an ally of the Princess is within 30' of her, can see and/or hear her, and is Ordered in any capacity, they add +3 damage rolls.

Ordered Aura
The Princess adds her Intelligence modifier (+3) to her AC. This is already accounted for above.

Minorly Well-Ordered
While Ordered in any capacity, a Princess can still roll with advantage.

Actions
Dagger Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack:
+7 to-hit, reach 5' or range 20'/60', one target. Hit: 1d4+4 (6) piercing damage.

Order Lance Ranged Spell Attack:
+6 to-hit, range 120', one creature. Hit: 10 force damage, and the target is Ordered until the end of the Princess's next turn.
This ability is the equivalent of a cantrip, and has Verbal and Somatic components.

Order Barrage [Recharge 4-6] Ranged Spell Attack:
+6 to-hit, range 120', any four creatures in range. Hit: 15 force damage, and the target is Ordered until the end of the Princess's next turn; or no damage and the target is Majorly Ordered until the end of the Princess's next turn.
This ability is the equivalent of a 3rd level spell, and has Verbal and Somatic components.

Bonus Actions
Wellspring Of Life
One creature within 60' may spend a hit die and add their Constitution modifier and the Princess's Intelligence modifier (+3). They regain that many HP.

Reactions
Redirect
The Princess may redirect an attack targeting her alone to an adjacent ally.

Not knowing what the idea behind this is, my only real comment is that I'd switch the effects of being minorly ordered and ordered. Average damage and no crits isn't as impactful as no longer needing to care about trying to get advantage and disadvantage.

The situation I can come up with for when you'd want these effects in this order is if your group pays no attention to cover and you're trying to incentivize them to do that.

It's more a thematic creation than mechanical. Still looking for it to be balanced and worth using, but if it's not universally applicable, I'm okay with that.

I did do your recommended switch, though, because that's a pretty decent point.
