(A new option for Pact Boon, for 3rd level Warlocks)

Pact of the Dungeon Core
Your patron gives you a Dungeon Core, a Large and immobile object of vast magical power. The Dungeon Core can sustain a single spell which requires concentration for you, in place of you needing to concentrate. This does not allow you to maintain multiple concentration spells at once, it simply prevents you from needing to make saves to maintain your concentration if hurt or distracted. You do not gain this benefit if there is no accessible path between the spell's target and your Core.

Additionally, when you gain this feature, choose three cantrips off the following list: Control Flames, Druidcraft, Gust, Light, Mold Earth, Prestidigitation, Shape Water or Thaumaturgy. You ignore all limits on effect duration or maximum number of active effects while these effects remain within 300 feet of your Dungeon Core. You may change which three of these cantrips this feature grants during a long rest. Sustained effects from a forgotten cantrip continue to be sustained afterwards.

Your Dungeon Core has resistance to all forms of damage, but transfers all damage not resisted to you. You automatically learn the nature and cause of any damage taken this way. When you die, your Dungeon Core is destroyed. Relocating your Dungeon Core to a new location requires a one hour ceremony, which can be performed as part of a long rest. The Dungeon Core weighs 2000lbs if manually transported.

Eldritch Invocations

Remote Casting (Prerequisites: Pact of the Core)
While within one mile of your Dungeon Core, you can see and hear through it if you were present in its space. Your may choose to have any spells you cast originate from your Dungeon Core, determining line of sight and ranges from the Dungeon Core instead of from yourself. When casting a spell requires any expensive material components, you count as possessing them if they are within 30 feet of your Core.

Servants of the Core Keeper (Prerequisites: Pact of the Core)
You learn the Unseen Servant spell and can cast it as a ritual. If you do so, you may choose to have the created servant appear as an imp, quasit or sprite instead of being invisible. If you cast this spell while touching your Dungeon Core, you may increase the range of the spell to 300 feet, its duration to Permanent and tether its effects to the Dungeon Core rather than yourself. You may maintain a number of these permanent servants equal to your proficiency bonus at a given time.

Dungeon Shaper (Prerequisites: 7th level, Pact of the Core)
You may cast Stone Shape at will without casting a spell slot. This invocation can only be used on targets within 300 feet of your Dungeon Core.

Escape of the Core Keeper (Prerequisites: 12th level, Pact of the Core)
As a reaction to either you or your Dungeon Core taking damage, you may teleport to your Dungeon Core, appearing in any unoccupied space within 30 feet of it. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

This seems like more of an NPC thing than a PC thing.

Being shackled to a 2,000 pound Large object for your Boon abilities to do much means your adventuring opportunities are pretty limited, if you want to make use of it.

I’d rather see this as a Dungeon Patron.

Maybe have the Core feature allow you to turn existing structures or rooms into an extension of the Dungeon. As long as you stay in them. Maybe moving an entrance or hiding it with illusion.

At level 6 it could provide 6 10x10 panels you can use to create shelter, make a hallway, or a bridge. Make them fragile and provide a save to avoid getting boxed.

Level 10 Maybe give you a free or no concentration summon casting if you keep the summon on at least one of the panels.

Level 14 let’s you cast Charm Monster and a Non-Planar Binding at will and the duration is indefinite if you stick them in a dungeon. Bah. I’ll put this in a separate thread.
