I need help with Laminated and Serrated Weapon Enhancements

Laminated and Serrated Weapon Enhancements , I know both of these are in the 3rd party source AEG Mercenaries.

but that source is not allowed. I seem to recall one or both of these in a dragon magazine or the like, does anyone know if these are printed in any other sources ?

There is a Serrated in Dragon magazine, but it's not the serrated you're looking for.

Dragon 358 has it. Weapons with it do 1 extra point of damage for 1d4 rounds after a critical hit. It doesn't improve critical threat range or critical multiplier. Laminated doesn't appear in a WOTC first party source, or in Dragon magazine.
