Question about PM read recipts

Forgive me if this has come up before, but has anyone noticed that when you send PMs to some users, requesting a read confirmation, it still reads 'unread' even after they've replied to you (i.e. have obviously read it)? :smallconfused:

The recipient can choose not to send a read receipt, or the browser may have blocked the popup "Send/Don't Send" dialog box.
