Try to guess what I was going for:

Traits: Acolyte of Apocrypha, Draconic Infusion (lightning)
Race: Aasimar (Plumekith)
Stats: STR 10 / DEX 12 / CON 12 / INT 10 / WIS 20 / CHA 7
ASIs:
WIS * 5, for a total of 25 at level 20
Feats:

Heighten Spell

Intensified Spell

Enlarge Spell

Empower Spell

Energy Mastery (lightning)

Champion of Anarchy

Vast Spell

Lingering Spell

Flaring Spell

Elemental Spell (Lightning)

Class: Tempest Druid, Lightning Domain, 20 levels.

Basically, they're a birdlike angel humanoid blasting everything with the raw power of the storm. How was it? Anything else I could have done to maximise Lightning damage?

If you're going to be a lightning blaster, dip a level into sorcerer (orc / draconic) for a massive damage boost.

Also, there's the Shocking Amplification feat, although it's not amazing.

Finally, what's your fallback plan if an enemy is immune to lightning?

Something like This should be the fallback (https://www.aonprd.com/MagicWondrousDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Mask%20of%20Co nflicting%20Energies#:~:text=Description,an%20elec tricity%20spell%20to%20acid.) if enemies are resistant to lightning damage.

Or [insert metamagic rod of elemental spell of your choice]...

Well, conjuring I guess, because Druids have plenty of those.

EDIT: I took a look at the Draconic sorcerer... I gotta say...

That's a lot of damage.
