Boring answer: genie wish. Wish can generate magic items, where the power of the magic item you create has no upper limit, but the stronger it is, the more XP it costs. Spells cast as SLAs don't have whatever their normal XP cost would be, so a genie can summon you a ring of sustenance (2500 gp), a +5 vorpal sword (200000 gp), or a death star (420.69 gazillion gp) with the same spell, at 0 XP cost to anybody. Getting a genie to not twist the wish is an exercise for your skills in persuasion, coercion, and mind control.
