Breath Weapon
Mostly unchanged. Scaling improved slightly is the main change-it now mimics Sneak Attack.
Additionally, the Dragonfire Adept's breath weapon is treated as a breath weapon with a 0 round cooldown, making it eligible for Metabreath feats.

Dragontouched
Unchanged. It's a bonus feat.

Invocations
No change to how they're acquired or the Invocations themselves.

Breath Effects
Unchanged.

Scales
Moved to level three.
Scales now provide a Natural Armor bonus of 1/3rd your levels in DFA, rounded down. This does NOT stack with other sources of natural armor.

Dragonkin
Unchanged.

Damage Reduction
Provides DR/Magic equal to 1/3rd your levels in DFA, rounded down.

Breath Weapon Range Improvements
At level 10 and 17, your range on both cone and line breath doubles.

Draconic Immunities
Unchanged.

Epic Dragonfire Adept

Hit Die: 1d8
Skill Points: 4 per level

Invocations
Caster level continues to equal your class levels. You do not learn any new Invocations naturally; however, the Extra Invocation Feat can now select Dark Invocations as well.

Breath Weapon
Damage increases by 1d6 at every odd-numbered level. 11d6 at 21, 12d6 at 23, so on.
Range does not increase.

Epic Bonus Feats
Gained at level 23 and every three levels thereafter.
Existing Feats: Armor Skin, Energy Resistance, Epic Fortitude, Epic Toughness, Epic Will, Extra Invocation, Fast Healing
New Feats: Arcane Observance, Breath Master

Breath Master [Epic]
Prereqs: 21st level Dragonfire Adept, Constitution 21
You may use any breath effect with any either cones or lines.

Arcane Observance
Prereqs: 21st level Dragonfire Adept, See The Unseen, Voidsense, Devour Magic, Instill Vulnerability
You can see through illusions, magical darkness, shapechangers, and other effects (as true seeing). This is a supernatural ability.

You are automatically aware of all spells or magical effects you see. Simply by looking at a creature, you can determine if it is a divine or arcane caster, whether it has any spell-like abilities, and the highest spell or spell-like abilities it knows. This is a supernatural ability.

When you use the voidsense invocation, you gain blindsight 60 feet.

You receive a bonus on all Listen, Sense Motive, and Spot checks equal to double your Wisdom modifier or +6, whichever is greater. This is an extraordinary ability.

Nothing crazy, I think. Could use a little more, but it works, yee?

That's a very short list of epic bonus feats, is that intentional or could you just not find many that you thought were appropriate?

The latter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

I would personally suggest increasing the DR to 1/2 per level, due to /magic being the easiest DR to penetrate.
