From Lords of Darkness, page 11:

The Ritual of Black Charms: This ritual gives the recipient the ability to use charm person (DC 11 + recipient’s Charisma modifier) and suggestion (Dc 13 + recipient’s Charisma modifier) each once per day as a supernatural ability. When used, the recipient’s eyes turn completely black for 1 full round. The recipient’s caster level is 5th. The ritual requires an opal worth 300 gp or more as a material component and drains 1,600 XP from the recipient.

Mindbender requirements (Complete Arcane, pg. 54):

Requirements
Alignment: Any nongood

Skills: Bluff 4 ranks , Diplomacy 4 ranks , Intimidate 4 ranks , Sense Motive 4 ranks

Spells: Able to cast charm person, use charm person as a spell-like ability, or use the charm invocation.

Spells or Spell-Like Abilities: Arcane caster level 5th.

Does the Ritual of Black Charms allow you to meet the "Able to cast charm person, use charm person as a spell-like ability, or use the charm invocation." requirement?

You'd still need to meet the other requirements, of course, but could this let a Warlock build slip into the class at lv. 6 (and thus pick up the Mindsight feat at lv. 6 instead of at lv. 9) without committing any race/feat choices?

By a strict RAW reading... Not neccessarily.

Able to cast Charm Person... It doesn't cast, it uses.
Use Charm Person as a Spell-Like... No, it's Supernatural.
Use the Charm Invocation... Obviously doesn't do this.

However, I'm pretty sure that most DMs wouldn't have an issue treating "use" a spell and "cast" a spell as synonymous. I'd certainly not have an issue with using this to sneak in.

The Aberrant Dragonmark feat grants charm person as an SLA if that could be an option.
