I'm making a character for an upcoming d20 modern campaign. It's got a dark, gritty feel, and so I'm considering making my character a drug addict of some sort. Are there rules for this anywhere, either official or homebrew? I'm thinking of rules both of the short-term immediate effects (kind of like alcohol for the Drunken Master, only worse) as well as long-term affects, namely addiction.
