The army at Pelennor Fields replace Redcloak's and Xykon's army, assume that Hinjo knows there capabilities to the extent he knew what Xykon's army capabilities were and vice versa. And to throw the Orcs a bone, Saruman is leading them in addition to the Witch King. Nothing else changes for Hinjo's side.
I'm have to give this one Hinjo, Saruman is good, but he is no epic level Lich, and I'm pretty sure the Order can take him and the Witch King down. And the Orcs are a lot better armored and armed then the goblins, and there is more of them. But I'm not sure that is a good enough to counter the lack of spellcasters and their catapults, while good, are no match for Titanium golems.
