Aren't Duskblades a bit overpowered in E6? At level 6 you could do 5d6(Shocking grasp)+3d6(Blade of blood)+2d6(greatsword)+1.5*STR damage! with a STR of 16 that's an average of 39 damage. Of course if he spends the round before casting True strike and uses full power attack that becomes 46 damage. With little or no chance of faliure. Shouldn't that kill... pretty much everything at lvl 6?

5d6 = 17.5 damage
3d6 = 10.5 damage
2d6 = 7 damage
1.5 * 3 = 4 damage

39 damage using 2 spells, which is 1/3 of your 1st level spells. So you can do this trick 3 times in a day.

If you want the 46 damage (shouldn't it be 51 damage with a 2HW?) You have wasted 2 turns to do so, which drops your damage significantly. At level 6 a warblade (or any other d12 HD character) with 14 con has 56 HP on average. This doesn't one shot it, but it does hurt it a lot, which it should for all the resources invested.

E6 (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=200754) is a method for playing just the first two quartiles of D&D 3.5.

Thinker said it well... to do that, you're investing significant resources, and taking considerable time.

Meanwhile, a fighter would be doing [2D6 (greatsword) +4 (strength*1.5) +2(weapon specialization) +2 (Power attack, sacrificing his 1 point from Weapon Focus)] * 3 (across the two rounds it would take, assuming 1.5 hits per round), or about 45 damage... 30 if he misses one of those 3 attacks I assume he hit with. And he's blown no resources on the attack itself.

Beguilers, on the other hand, are overpowered in E6. More spells and spells known than any other class, and they get Glibness at level 6.
