It will then fly to K19 and land on the edge of the barn and attempt to hide

I assume you want it to attack? It can't charge but it can reach to stand next to him, not that you know this. So roll an attack if you want it to - i assume you want it to stand next to him
To Shirimish
You see a skeleton appear in R23 with NO mist before trotting over and standing in N24 (this may change)

Ok. Informational post for you and me since you just entered this side.
Shirmish is in L25. Your first skeleton got to N24 with it's first move. In order to get next to me it has to move one more square, to M24.
Your second skeleton then would move to K26 to flank. I believe with your spell range and the skele's move it can still attack, though it misses.
And you are on P22.

R23 to M24 is 25 feet, my skeleton has a movement of 30. It still misses you, but it can reach there and attack.
So yeah, Me on P22, Skeletons on M24 and K26 and you sandwiched in between at L25.
