Please help with advice as to how to make the Fire-Souled Template into a +1 level adjustment template that seems balanced. As it is, the template has been called worthy of a +2 to +3 level adjustment.

Original Write-Up Summary:
Gains the (fire) subtype.
Gains Feat: Leadership feat
Immune to Stunning & Daze effects.
Cha +4
Overwhelming Passion – steals charisma spells by touch
Haste, 1/day at Character level.
Inspiring – all allies within 10’ receive moral and skill bonus + fear save bonus

What I care about is the Leadership feat and I like the charisma bonus because I am trying to make someone with inate and very high leadership ability. For this reason the Inspiring ability is also good if it can be balanced in. The rest of the abilities and traits I could care less about and are expendable.

So, what should I drop or how can I make it a well balanced +1 level adjustment template to make a natural born leader.

If you really just care about the leadership parts let's focus on those and throw out the rest:

Natural Leader:
Gains Leadership at 6th level.
+4 Bonus to leadership score.
Inspiring – all followers within 10' gain +4 to Will saves.

That probably is a +1 level adjustment.

I'd say add a +2 charisma to that and you've got a +1 adjustment thats not underpowered but still worth a class level.

So far we have

Natural Leader:
Gains Leadership at 6th level.
+4 Bonus to leadership score. (maybe only +2 with cha boost added?)
Inspiring – all followers within 10' gain +4 to Will saves.\
+2 charisma bonus

a +1 level adjustment.

Anyone see problems or believe it to be too over/under-powered?
