Charging Assault
Prereq: Ride 15 ranks, Ride-by-attack, Mobility, (*)
Effect: While charging mounted, you may attacks against foes within reach to either side of the line of charge, up to your total number of attacks -1. Any further attacks are then executed at the end of the charge. This feat may only be activated while wielding a weapon with a 5' reach.

That's usually the pounce ability. Lions and several other animals get it.

Um....if your mounted you can already.

You would ahve to Homebrew a pounce speical abiliy feat. with enough prerequisites it shold be fine.

Dire Charge gives you the ability you mentioned (to pounce)
but at the moment it is considered an epic feat.
