Villains

Whether you love them or hate them, villains are not only critical, but often the highlight of all kinds of stories. So here's your chance to render them in the OotS (and Erf) style. Whether it's books, movies, TV, or even video games, villains of any sort are welcome.

Remember: All artwork must be your own. Do not take, alter, or use any of the The Giant's art. Thanks. :smallsmile:

As usual there will be a First through Third place award for each of the following, with trophies by Oblivion:

As usual, I'll be giving the dastardly Roland’s Choice Award to the avatarist's creation that most appeals to my, admittedly scheming, sensibilities.

Every entry must include a bolded introduction as to what category you are trying to enter in.

I had in mind villains that were pre-existing - and there are many of those out there. I'd recommend sticking to those. I'm not going to go around disqualifying made-up villains, but I'd discourage them. Otherwise, anyone could draw anything any say it's a villain. That said, what wins is up to the judges. If they like it, then it's a legitimate villain. :smallsmile:

For those not in the know, Sildyu was the Queen of Dragons (During the appropriately-named Age of Dragons) in Avbaroy history.

She appears in retrospective in Fat Fish Fury (Avatar Battle Royale) and as a mighty villain in a number of the Avbaroy Series webcomics, especially Remember

Yes, Bath. As a Decepticon and a sometime Tyrant Dictator, Shockwave is in fact a villain.

In fact a couple of people could fill out the entirety of OotS Character As... category with the avatars I've requested. As most recent ones have all been villains, and the Fullbladderian-Type Avatar goblin is derived near-directly from Redcloak.

I shudder to think of that.

This is of course an attempt to crush rival entries but it strikes me that Sneak's firefly entries aren't much for villains, they're really just a peg or two down in the scum-o-meter from Mal's crew. The only villains in the series as I see it were the hands of blue, although they were only featured in the one episode and the comic.

I mean there's Adelei Niska.. but he's just a businessman, a sadistic one but still a businessman.

Correct. Usually the old one closes and a new one starts within 24 hours or so. This time, it's likely to be the weekend before I put up a new one and possibly as long as March 9 or so. We'll see.
