The idea is to create the opposite of a Light spell

Duration: 5 min./level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
This spell causes an object to give off a shadow larger than it naturally would, darkening any non-magical light in 20 ft and dimming those in an additional 20 ft. The effect is immobile, but it can be cast on a moveable object. Shadow taken into an area of magical light does not function. This spell grants no concealment over that which a character would normally have. Darkvision works inside and through this spell
A darkness spell (one with the darkness descriptor) counters and dispels a light spell (one with the light descriptor) of an equal or lower level.
Arcane Material Component: A small pure black stone or piece of black glass.
