Ways to feel better when you have a cold!

Chicken Soup - is warm, liquidy for bad throats, and chicken is rich in zinc which helps fight gribbly bacteria.

Orange Juice - has lots of vitamin C which, while it won't do much against the cold you have, will help prop up your immune system.

Bread (soft, with aforementioned soup) - carbohydrates, because your immune system needs more when it's fighting a disease. Potatoes and pasta also work, but are less useful with soup.

Someone who's an actual biologist or doctor will probably pop up now and tell me this is all bumf, but it works for me and it could work for you!

When I first saw the topic title, I thought you meant 'I'm sick!' as in a exclamation of tormented self-disgust. Don't ask me why. Turns out you just have a cold, which to be honest, is probably a much better deal.

Get well soon. And don't try any crackpot home remedies - last time I had a cold, I acted on the advice of a friend and concocted some wierd potion-like mixture to get rid of it. I ended up still having a cold and vomiting.
