City of Heroes/Villains Archetypes in Popular Culture

We've seen D&D stats for all kinds of different pop culture characters. What would they be if they were in City of Heroes/Villains? Superheroes may be easy to stat, other characters may not. Let me begin:

Wolverine: Mutant Scrapper - Claws, Regeneration (too easy, really)
Drizzt Do'Urden: Natural Scrapper - Dual Blades, Super Reflexes
