Can several Greater Magic Fang (and Greater Magic Weapon) spells be made perminany on 1 person or weapon, or can the spell only be made perminant once per target?

From my understanding, the rules don't specifically prohibit you from Permanencing more than one. It just states the bonuses won't stack, I believe. So, long story short, no.

(Emphasis mine)

Therefore, it's pretty pointless.

Thanks for telling me (I'm guessing that GMF can't be stacked with normal MF, right?).

It is not pointless if you have more than one natural weapon or if you want to protect yourself against the dangers of dispel effects.

Indeed not. They're both Enhancement bonuses.

Isn't the spell cast on the weapon?

Magic Fang is used on natural weapons, Magic Weapon is used on weapons.

No, it is cast on the creature, but affects either the natural weapon of your choice or all your natural weapons.
