Well thats just stupid, the video was clearly biased towards the dog.
If those balloons had been moving they would have kicked that dog's arse

Bah, those were the weakest of all Balloons fighting a fairly good dog. AND those balloons were tied down and helpless. Anybody can take a balloon in that situation.

As can be clearly seen, the larger, more powerful balloons, which aren't tied down, fight and destroy dinosaurs:
