Fixed that for you.

Why do you want to fight with swords specifically? Shillelagh (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/shillelagh.htm) makes fighting with a Quarterstaff actually worthwhile, but Druids don't have anything that really synergizes with Scimitars.

So i have a human druid level 5 with those stats...

STR:17
DEX:15
CON:16
INT:14
WIS:20
CHA:9

I have 5,000 gp to equip me...

What do you subject to me to boost my AC... or to do a lot of damage in combat...

Where do you found the feat Shilellagh(in which book...)

Shillelagh is a spell in the Player's Handbook.

If you want to fight with swords, don't play a druid; they are much, much better when you wildshape and fight with claws and bitey death.

I would take the Deadly Hunter (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#druid) Druid variant from Unearthed Arcana and one level of Spirit Lion Barbarian from Complete Champion.

Druid 4/Barbarian 1/Prestige Ranger (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigeRanger) 8/Druid 7 would come out a bit ahead of straight Ranger, while still supporting the Druid concept. This would free a couple feats and would take a bit of the reliance off your Dexterity score.

If you are going to focus on swords, Drop the burden of Wildshape for something that will suit you more.

Druid 4/Barbarian 1/Prestige Ranger (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigeRanger) 8/Druid 7 is probably your best bet.

Of course, i had forgotten that PrC - Very much what you would be looking for, possibly the Shield Spec line of feats to go with the TWF and tank Aspects that you are wanting
