I have been wondering where i might be able to find online games. Not like looking for a RL group but actually playing online. not DnDOnline:Stormreach though. I would like a RL DM not a computer. please provide a link if you know where i could do this.

The answer is in your title. www.dndonlinegames.com will be able to hook you up.

Another sub-forum on this site also does online DnD.

My friends and I have been enjoying Fantasy Grounds. You can check it out at FantasyGrounds.com. It's a tool for role-playing online with a serious slant toward d20 (though other systems are usable). Their forums have a calendar where you can sign up for games.

I can recommend d20 World of Greyhawk (http://p197.ezboard.com/bd20worldofgreyhawk), these boards and Myth Weavers (http://www.myth-weavers.com/index.php?) personally, all 3 make for a pleasant gaming experience. Personally, I find Myth Weavers the most hospitable, World of Greyhawk most structured, and these boards most expansive (covering all types of games)...

There's a large, active Play-by-Forum section (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=51) on this very site. Games can be slightly slow-moving, and many die before they really get going (which I'm afraid to say I've been the cause of more than once ), but some work and they can run for a very long time.
