Warning: Addictive game ahead! (http://www.addictinggames.com/untangle.html)

I came across this from Ze Frank. I love it. For our computer people and art folks, or anyone who likes a good puzzle, this is fantastic.

Let's see how long it take us to finish them all!

Hey, that is addicting.

EDIT: I'm on 17/20 now and I've got it down to one line crossed and am having trouble finishing it. :smallannoyed:

Fun game, but too short. The last level was EVIL.

Fun :)

EDIT: OK, I'm stopping there. I solved the first 18 fairly quickly, but I've been at this one for a while and I don't feel I'm any closer than when I started it.

You have just made me lose The Game.

The game you linked to is pretty cool though.

Awww dammit man :/

I would like to play it but it makes too many noises (AKA is detectable by parents)

There is a sound toggle in the upper right corner.

That stops the music, not the noise it makes when you drag it

The gods didn't see fit to grace your speakers with a volume knob, eh?

Fun game. Very engaging.

I got to 18, but at 19 my poor, multitasking brain was getting too confused, so I stopped there.

It is really fun!!! Sad my PC is so slow I can't get really far...

I feel I'm nearly there on Level 19 -- just a small group in the middle that's still tangled. The problem is that my attempts to untangle it just seem to keep interfering with the rest, the part that's already sorted.....

Anyway, here (http://planarity.net/#) is another site with basically the same game, different levels, for those who are interested.

I have solved this game once!
Now I am sad to say, I canīt do it anymore without getting a massive headache, which I donīt want!:smallfrown:

Not addicting enough to provoke me to make guess after guess after guess. I got seriously bored before level 10, I think.

Huzzah! Norbert linked the other game of this kind I'd played before. Yay.

The last level is very rough, and there is no "short cut" like there is for most of the earlier puzzles (and all of the planarity.net puzzles that I've ever seen). Expect to do a half-hour of vertex shuffling to make it all fit in even once you've got the basic layout down.

I got to 14th level before getting bored. I like puzzles but that one just didn't do it for me. Also, I think I did it all with luck, as I never really put any brainpower to it, just fiddled till it all went in.

Grr...!! Curse you last level! CURSE YOU!

I've been plugging away at it for two hours now (with only a mild interruption for dinner). This game was good 'til that smiley and Evil... *mutter*

*continues to half-heartedly plug away*

Argh this is hard. This game game is addicting in the horrible OCD way that makes you what to finish even when you know that its tedious and boring.

Hehehe. I had to stop at whatever level has the message that he's been doodling levels at night and wants to make it harder. My eyes were about to bleed out. And now I have to start all over again. :smallsigh:

But what drives me crazy is trying to figure out the key to them. I can solve them sure, but I want to know how they work. Why do I usually if not always have a triangle when I am finished? What is the short cut? How does he make them?

Heh - helps if you know the planarity algorithm ...

Identifying Hamiltonian cycles has never been so much fun!

Good gods that is devious! Nice link but the game makes my brain dribble out of my ears :smalleek:

I have enough wires knotted up like this at work without trying to unravel these too

I always end up with random shape things. How odd.
