Depends on the match-up.

Yeah, Roy could probably beat her in a fight, but he IS the lead character of the strip, and was the most powerful character in the entirety of Azure City*, so thats not really saying much is it?

Also, that fight really isn't definitive, as Miko didn't have any of her Paladin powers, and was in a state of emotional shock, meaning she wasn't fighting intelligently, not to mention that she only had one of her two swords.

*If we accept him as more powerful than Miko, which isn't a certainty
