Is there anything written in a book about using weapons in more than two hands? Like wielding a greatsword in 4 hands if you are a thri-kreen. Do you deal more damage? Are you more accurate?

Thanks in advance.

I believe that you add 0.5x your strength bonus for each additional hand; so a Thri-Kreen using all 4 hands on a greatsword would have 2.5x their strength bonus added.

Okay thanks for that.
Where does it say that though?

Savage Species page 42. Funny it doesn't say anything about power attack and using weapon with more than two hands.

Savage Species is 3.0 and back then there was no additional benefit from power attack when wielding a weapon two-handed, so that is the reason there is no mention of it.

Is it covered in 3.5? I ask because I didn't see it mentioned anywhere and I'm interested because of my next probable build involving Giralon's Blessing (too bad GB doesn't work in 3.5 like in Savage Species).

No, I am afraid not.

My opinion is that you should do like this for power attack.

1 hand - 1x
2 hand - 2x
3 hand - 2.5x
4 hand - 3x

Using 4x for 4 hands just seems like it'll get too crazy too fast.
