Can you request things in the Homebrew board?

Like say I wanted someone to stat up a 60 headed dragon (I don't) do I ask there or not? If not, then what do I do?

I don't see any reason you couldn't, but don't expect it to get done automatically. Perhaps someone'll see it and be interested in doing it, perhaps not.

What he said. 'Cept a the Character Build thread might be the place for requesting a creature to be built. Maybe? I don't know.
And it really is a good idea to be respectful of people when you're asking them for help.
