The NPC gold per level is in the DMG, I cannot remember what page. However, it is not considered to be SRD content so posting it is against the message board policy.

Look on page 215 of PHBII, or wherever in the DMG the Wealth By Level guidelines are laid out.

While that's true, it's not like the numbers are anything special, so you could simply make something up and call it a day. Do something like (level squared) * 1000 gold pieces, and give a bonus to whomever bought the pizza today.
