Oots before Oots

Well, I'm quite the reader of Oots (started probably around #50 or 60) and have been reading so far. What I have never been able to is to see the Dragon magazine apearences of Oots (since I'm a third world citizen I'm poor and all that), neither the books (though it is my dream to have them and won't get mad if you start a foundation by the name "Let's gift Barbolanero with everything from Oots cause he is poor and stuff"). And so, I was wandering, is there someway that I can see the dragon magazine oots related articles?. Please help, I'm all about Oots

I believe the Giant mentioned wanting to do a print compilation of all the Dragon strips. However, since the magazine went under, there's not enough strips to make a full book. He mentioned that he'll get the 22 strips made for the magazine into readers' hands somehow.
