Are there any Lv 0 Necromancy spells with range?

Other than Disrupt undead? I've been perusing sourcebooks and can't find one.

Yes. Naturewatch in the spell compendium, pg146. It's a 0-level druid, 1st level ranger spell that is similar to deathwatch, but only functions on animals and plants. It has a range of 30ft.

Deathwatch itself is also a level-0 spell for the Healer, though I doubt that's what you're looking for.
