I'm planning to run a campaign with a Knight heavy setting, the main goal being to stop the end of the world by the Undead-Elder-Evil-Sign from the "Elder Evils" book, probably the last 3.5 book from WOTC.

Just thought I'd get some opinions on the idea. What to avoid, what people have enjoyed or ought to be emphasized.

I'm the DM (hence the post), my girlfriend's playing a barbarian in all likelihood, my brother is playing a scoundrel and a rebel leader, probably as a scout or ranger/rogue. My friend/host of the game is playing a wizard of some sort, like a court wizard I believe, and my brother and friend's roommate is undecided.

So far, trolls, evil wizards, fallen paladins, a whole lot of undead, orcs, and ogres are on the menu for enemies. Your typical fantasy villain fare.

The setting is rich on knighthood and honor and tests of mettle, skill, and martial prowess (both in battle and in tournaments).
