i am thinking of making an incarnum-based pc for a high-level game (18th).

i have two ideas for a race: human (azurin), or crucian (sandstorm)

the crucian has +4 Str, +6 Con, -2 Dex -2 Cha and +8 natural armor, for only a 2 LA.

the idea of semi-permanent affects has piqued my interest.

stats that i rolled (before adjustments) are:

17
15
13
13
11
10

i should mention that one of the items i would be taking is a +6 belt of magnificence for 200,000 gp. the crucian, for example, would have a potential con of 33 if you matched that with the +6 racial and +4 from levels

ach! nobody plays with incarnum?

i am tossing about in my head an idea for an incarnate

however, i also did come up with an idea for a skarn fighter

specifically-

fighter 4 / spinemeld warrior 8 / kensai 6 (5)

i have the 5 in parentheses because the dm is not allowing any xp whatsoever when it comes to crafting

thus, in order to get +5 bonuses on the spines, i need to sacrifice some xp, putting the pc down to 17th level

so far, i've come up with a 230 hp point 'monster' that has 7 attacks a round

5x attacks from each primary attack is
1d8 (spine, improved natural weapon)
1d6 (vampiric, a +2 bonus)
+15 (strength, specialization, spine enhancement, essentia)

2x attacks from second hand is
1d8
1d6
+11 (1/2 strength, specialization, spine enhancement, essentia)

yes, each spine has the +3 speed enhancement from kensai (total bonus of +5)

add on top of that Skewer Foe, and that is quite easily an extra 6d6 of damage each round for a combined total of

7d8
7d6 (vampiric)
6d6 (skewer)
2d6+11 (rend)
97 (strength & damage bonuses)

130 damage per round, minimum
