It's made by the company that made City of Heroes, using the engine that was developed for Marvel Universe Online. Obviously it is derived extensively from the table top game but they said they won't be using the mechanics (rather, they will strongly be colored by the rules but not bound by them). I was never into the HERO system so that doesn't really matter to me, what I really want to know is how much PvP there will be
