Grab (Ex)
As a free action, the T-1000 may attack or grapple any large-sized or larger object at the end of a full-round action spent running.

Alter Form (Ex)
As a free action, the T-1000 may change one of its bodyparts into a bladed weapon which deals 1d8+5 piercing or slashing damage. If a T-1000 attacks a moving object, such as a car, it gains a +15 bonus to Balance checks to avoid being thrown off during vehicle maneuvres and stunts as long as one of its arms is attached to the object.

As a standard action, the T-1000 can change into any medium-sized creature, and may duplicate anything they are wearing that does not have chemicals or complex moving parts.

As a full-round action, The T-1000 can squeeze through any space more than 2 inches wide, and automatically succedes any Escape Artist check.

If the T-1000 is hit by an unarmed strike, a grapple may be automatically initiated with a +15 bonus in favor of the T-1000 until the end of the grapple. If T-1000 is hit by a melee weapon, it may attempt to disarm its opponent with a +15 bonus.

Regenerate Form (Ex)
As a standard action, the T-1000 may regenerate up to 115 points of damage. If the T-1000 is brought below 0 HP, it is dazed and regenerates 40 points of damage a round. If the T-1000 is below 0 HP for 3 consecutive rounds, it is destroyed.

If the T-1000 is dealt more than 15 damage in a single round, it is dazed.

Programming (Ex)
Advanced Artificial Intelligence gives the T-1000 a highly sophisticated computer capable of adapting, learning, and reasoning. The T-1000 gains an intelligence score of 16, 4+Int Modifier Skill points per level (x4 at first level), 1 feat at first level and every 4 levels after, and all skills are class-skills. It must follow the mission perimeters below;

1. Terminate John Conner as soon as possible.
1a. Terminate any opposition.

Couple of things....

1) As a Construct, it does have a Fort save (+6), it's just that 99% of the time, it doesn't matter due to construct immunities. Effects such as Disintegrate cause it to matter.
2) Feats are based around every 3rd level, not every 4th as you list under "Programming"
