Is there a 3.5 spell or piece of equipment that makes your natural weapons ghost touch/able to hit ethereal? I'm trying to figure out how to adapt the ring of blink/ghost touch combo to a rogue with natural and unarmed strikes. Thanks.

Artificers infusions can pull it off, or the necklace of natural attacks.

The ghost shroud from MIC does this for 5,000 gp:

While wearing a ghost shroud, you gain a +1 deflection bonus to Armor Class. In addition, all your melee attacks can affect incorporeal creatures as if you were wielding a ghost touch weapon.

The libris mortis version is 35,000, but gives +4 ac and doesn't specify melee attacks.

The shroud says you can effect incorporeal creatures as if you were wielding a ghost touch weapon, but would it also allow you to effect creatures on the material plane if you were ethereal, like the ghost touch property does?

Also, is the necklace of natural attacks 3.5?

Savage Species. I'm afb at the moment, but it costs similarly to what the enhancement bonuses would, and can affect multiple weapons at once.

It won't help you if you're blinking.

Also, is the necklace of natural attacks 3.5?It's "3.25". Savage Species incorporates some of the 3.5 changes.

(Note that according to the RAW, 3.0 products are "compatible" with the 3.5 revision, and can be used in a 3.5 game "with only minor adjustments". PHB page 4.)

Can't the Kensai <Complete Warrior> do this?

Incorporeal and Ethereal are two quite distinct conditions. Ghost Touch allows Incorporeal creatures to interact with material ones and vice versa. It has no effect whatsoever on Etherealness. Let me sum it up for you:

Material attacks Material: works
Material attacks Incorporeal: requires magic, ghost touch ignores miss chance
Material attacks Ethereal: requires magic, ghost touch is useless, only force effects, gaze effects, and abjurations work
Incorporeal attacks Material: requires magic, ghost touch or natural attacks ignore miss chance
Incorporeal attacks Incorporeal: works
Incorporeal attacks Ethereal: requires magic, ghost touch is useless, only force effects, gaze effects, and abjurations work
Ethereal attacks Material: fails, not even force effects work
Ethereal attacks Incorporeal: fails, not even force effects work
Ethereal attacks Ethereal: works

Blink makes you Ethereal when that 20% miss chance triggers, which brings those last three lines into play.

Skullclan Hunters from the Miniatures Handbook imbue all of their weapons with Ghost Touch. They also get a host of of other anti-undead special abilities.
