yes one of those kiddish add kleptos. I am playing one.
this is for roleplaying, but my Kender stumbled into wizardry, he loves transmutation and is a favored specialist (comp Mage) and went master specialist. I know what an odd kender.

My abilities are:
STR 11
Dex 16
con 16
int 18
wis 10
cha 9

I have his first feat: Spell Focus (trans)
but I don't know what else.

He is still a klepto and very hyper and over the top, a wastrel of his spells.

What feats should I take?

mmm. Look into skill tricks from complete adventurer, maybe Wild Talent and Up the walls, or the skill trick of the same name. I just think that would be fun to play. Fwhoop, up the walls and across the ceiling.

In fact, you may want to go Psion all the way. That might fit a hyperactive kender's personality better, and allow for more flexibility. A kender doesn't seem so studious to me, anyway. Pick up the Quick trait, if you can get it, Speed of Thought, something which gives more tumble, jump and base land speed, then pick up Up the Walls and literally bounce off the walls. Nothing cooler than a hyperactive kender screaming, running at you, changing direction, running along the wall and onto the ceiling, blasting at you with a ray of elemental force, then falling off the ceiling because he forgot how fast he was going. Best way to win an encounter ever.

But I just like Psionics. They're fun.

Skill focus(sleight of hand)? be sure to max ranks in that. Not very powerful, but ooh-wee, ranks in Sleight of hand are fun. You can steal EVERYTHING!!! And something to get him out of trouble might be wise.

Does your DM know the standard rule for running kender? As in, you do not control your racial bonuses to thieving skills and taunting (they are available at will to both you and him)?

I have run Kender before. So I know the deal with them.

No Psionics. We are core and Completes only plus Dragonlance CS. Traits are a no also that means. My spell list is going to be PHB, my feat selection can be from any of the books, plus I got the Focused Specialist from Comp Mage approved.

For purposes of combat ability, because being a Kender and additionally a Kender Wizard gives me plenty to roleplay on. I am thinking metamagic and Combat Casting...

Combat casting is a trap. There are better ways to get the bonus to concentration checks. Even Skill Focus is better.:smallfrown:
