Title of Comic 534 - Why?

Why is comic 534 (the newest as of 3-1-08), called "Medium Creatures"? It doesn't seem to make sense within the comic.

It's a play on the word "medium". As in, a medium is someone who can see and communicate with ghosts.

A medium creature could be a creature who can see ghosts as well as just medium sized.

This is a joke about how these psychics are usually scam artists.

I guess this is it for Roy trying to communicate with the Resistance. Maybe the next few strips will be about Team Evil and what they're trying to do with the gate.
