Rhythm game? Check.
RPG elements? Check.
RTS elements? Check.
There's only one game I could be talking about. Patapon!

The point of the game is to guide the little circular guys called Patapons in battle against enemies such as the Zigotons or various beasties like the Giant Enemy Crab (not the actual name) above. This is done by different 4-beat commands such as Pata Pata Pata Pon (advance), Pon Pon Pata Pon (attack) or Chaka Chaka Pata Pon (defend). These have to be executed in the right rhythm, or your Patapons will fail.
There are also plenty of minigames and hunting sequences if performing heroic deeds in search of Earthend isn't your thing.
The game is only $20, so there's no excuse not to have it.
