Help with dawn of war install

Okay i just bought the dawn of war Platinum, as im trying to install it the cd key comes up, for winter assualt it asks for 20 letters, my key only has 16 any one have a solution

Contact [wherever you bought the game]. Double-check, obviously. You might be looking at the wrong code. Or something.
