Is there any class or prestige class, homebrewed or no, that is based off a divine version of a bard or on easing the combination of bard and divine caster levels?

Probably something based on using hymns/dirges that have holy/unholy effects.

Check out the Divine Trickster (http://www.giantitp.com/articles/5M5QGsJ5mpbLfAHduZG.html) in the gaming section of the website.

I kinda wanted more bard and less rogue.

There's a divine bard (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#bardVariantDivineBard) variant in the SRD, but it's not very different from the standard bard.

The dirgesinger (Libris Mortis) has dirge-like bardic music, and a lot of the bard's standard abilities could be flavored as hymns, but I'm not sure if there's a class out there that does quite what you're looking for.

Oh yes, the Fochlucan Lyricist from Complete Adventurer progresses both bard and druid casting.

I'm away from my books at the moment, but isn't there a dwarf-only PRC called the Ollam that's a divine orator? Not quite a divine singer, but pretty close. I'm going from memory, so I may be wrong, and I don't even know what book it's in (I do know that it's one of two PRCs which uses that same art of a female dwarf holding aloft a holy book).

EDIT: I think it's WIS-based for dwarven goodness, though, so no diplomancy.
