Mark would look almost human if it weren't for the fact he is constantly moving at high speeds, causing his appearance to blur.

Rogue Abilities (Ex)
Mark has these abilities as a rogue of 30th level:
Defensive Roll, Evasion, Improved Evasion, Improved Uncanny Dodge, Opportunist, Slippery Mind, Sneak Attack (but only +4d6 damage), Uncanny Dodge
Penetrate Damage Reduction (Ex)
Mark has a surprising ability to hit weak points in an opponents armor. All his attacks ignore damage reduction.
Pocket Redirection (Su)
Mark can redirect any effect that would harm him to an inanimate duplicate in a pocket dimension. If the duplicate already has a status condition (stunned for example) then Mark cannot redirect that same condition to the duplicate and will experience the effect himself (stunned in this case). If a dublicate is killed a new one can be created by 1 day of un-interrupted meditation.
Spell-Like Abilities
At will—blink, counterspell, quickened heal, celerity, true strike; 3/day— quickened timestop. Caster level 30th;
Tactics:
Mark relies primarily on his speed to make hit and run attacks, and uses his duplicate to allow him an extra action via celerity without the normal consequences.

What's the CR of this little devil (I'm guessing 26-27)?
