I'm going to be running a campaign soon, and though I have some DMing experience, I still need some practice.

So;

What are your favorite modules, mini adventures, etc.

also;

Where is a good place to draw quick sub-adventure ideas from.

Thanks!

Tomb of Horrors!
You are a bad person.

The Wizards website has some good ones available for download, free of charge. A personal favorite of mine is the one with a keep that has to be taken. Base of Operations, it's called.

Good stuff. Wandering around in the forest, subterfuge, and good old hack n slash. Undead and evil clerics.

The above-mentioned list of adventures from the WotC site is here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/oa/20030530b).

From those, I really like "A Dark and Stormy Knight," "Something's Cooking," and "The Ettin's Riddle."

Besides those, I find "Scourge of the Howling Horde" (a pretty cheap paperback) to be a good campaign for newbie DMs and players.

For a more epic adventure (when you're more experienced), I've enjoyed "Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil" and (more than any other pre-printed adventure) "Red Hand of Doom."
