This thread is a compilation of stuff I like, stuff I've made, and stuff that is helpful, due to the signature restrictions. If there is any resource I have missed in the help section, please feel free to alert me.

Help:
SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/): A place to find the OGL core referrence books (PHB, DMG, MMI, XPH, ELH, and UA). It has most of the rules in those six books, aside from the actual text (fluff and such) and a few monsters (Poor illithids and Thri-Kreen).
Brilliant Gameologists (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards): The new CO. A place to find help with everything character related, as well as all the handbooks you could ever want. Eventually, anyways.
D&D Errata (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20040125a)
D&D FAQ (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20030221a)
X stat to Y bonus (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=320889): This thread is being costantly updated, and has most all ways to get that one stat added to that one bonus.
Lists of Stuff (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=662842): One of the most useful threads for character building. This thread has ways to get almost every ability, like evasion, uncanny dodge, blindsight, and sneak attack progression.
Consolidated Lists Archive (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/lists): A search section of Wizards that lets you find where that one class was.
Crystal Keep (http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/index.php): Another search function, CK is more complete in some areas than the Consolidated Lists Archive, but less complete in some.
Realms Help (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/index.shtml): Need a feat? Search here. Almost every feat in 3.x can be found here.
Dictionary of Terms (WotC version) (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=509001): What's Pun-Pun? This answer all of your online term questions.
Dictionary of Terms (GitP version) (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18512): The GitP version, with some different definitions, and some that are not used on the WotC boards.
How to code (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode): well, it's all the coding abbreviations for GitP.
How to Code (http://forums.gleemax.com/misc.php?do=bbcode): How to code for WotC forums.
Guide to Homebrewing (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10313): Need help getting started on your first homebrew? Start here.
Guide to Homebrewing (BG) (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=304.0): The Brilliant Gameologists version of Guide to Homebrewing. Due to the small differences in coding, gotta put up both. See this one for templates for everything.
On the Philosophy of Class Design (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55947): Building a class or PrC? read this first!
Surreal's Handy CO guide (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=482636): This has...lotsa stuff. Just go look at it. It's got some of the best CO builds ever made, the guide to optimization, how tos, you name it.
The Handbook Forum (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?board=22.0) This is the subforum that has all of the handbooks made on BG. I'm pretty sure it's got everything that's been made on WotC, but if not, it will come shortly.

"On the Philosophy Of Class Design" brings up an invalid link.

Which is kinda disappointing; I was looking forward to reading that.

Anyway. Just so you know, double check the link.

Add Surreal's Handy CO links.

Thanks for the suggestion Nebo_. Forgot about that one.

And fixed the link. Not sure how a copy/paste messes up, but this one did.

They have no errata for FR: Faiths & Pantheons, which it needs. :(

I want to make this thread more helpful. Is there anything that people here would like to see, but doesn't exist? An official homebrew compendium? Something else? I will try to put it up here.

I know this is almost necro, but I really want more views on it. Also, is there seriously nothing I can do here to make it more of a help?

I will try to keep it up (hah) this time with more stuff made by me and anything else that deserves linking.

The way I look at it, the problem with this, and all other 'links' threads is that unless you bookmark the individual links (I've got most of these), you'd have to look at the thread each time, which may not seem like much until the site has one of it's off days and you're cut off from everything.

Ideally, there'd be a big ol' links thread stickied at the top, but I imagine the maintenance and readability of such a sticky would be prohibitively labor-intensive.

Really? I could do it. I haven't had to do much to this one, and it's got more that just helpful links.

Also, this thread is linked in my sig, so it is just one click away from being one click away. And it helpful to link newbies here instead of going through all of these links with them. I know I'm tired of linking through all the ones I can't fit in my sig. If the site is having an off-day, true it will be hard to access this thread quickly and efficiently, but I think it is worth it to have all this stuff in one place for everyone instead of just yourself.

Also, I'm thinking if anyone else has a thread of their homebrews and wants me to link it, tell me, I would be happy to. And any individual homebrews I will too, but no guarantee that it will be on the first post.

My sorcerer guide is missing. :smallannoyed:

See, that's why you have to ask. I'm not familiar with your sorcerer's guide (note the join date, I've only been here for a couple weeks). Will link it if I find it. I think you may have linked it in a recent thread.

EDIT: Your guide is nice and all, but I can't help but notice that Wings of Flurry and Maw of Chaos are not in the spells section. Those are two of the best blasting spells for sorcerers.

Wings of Flurry are in the non-core section.

Maw of Chaos will be included when I get around to it.
