I think wondering that is a path to madness.

Kit Kat chunky is LG, Kit Kat chunky with peanut butter filling is more CG.

ULTIMATE GUIDE TO CHOCOLATE BAR ALIGNMENTS

Snickers? Sounds more chaotic evil to me than lawful evil. But either way, Snickers are evil.

Many people are allergic to peanuts, so anything with peanuts moves one step closer to evil. Therefore, Peanut M&M's are Neutral, not Neutral Good.

I'd also agree that Milky Way is Chaotic Good, and Toblerone Lawful Good.

Also, regular Kit-Kats are Neutral Good.

Butterfingers are too slippery to be anywhere near lawful. Also, they have peanut butter in them. I declare Butterfingers to be Chaotic Neutral.

World's Finest Chocolate is very pompous and rule-abiding, and some come with nuts like the Crisp or the Almond. I declare them to be Lawful Neutral. However, Caramel moves you closer to good, so Caramel bars of World's Finest Chocolate are Lawful Good.

3 Musketeers represents a freedom-fighting band of French heroes, so they must be Chaotic Good. Nougat reinforces their goodness.

Baby Ruth is young and uncorrupted, therefore it is either Neutral or Neutral Good.

Dove Bars are obviously Lawful Good.

Mr. Goodbar is actually a nefarious agent of evil in disguise, indicated by its treacherous peanuts. LAWFUL EVIL.

Twix is quiet and mysterious, and is often forgotten despite being a very large brand. Clearly, this makes it a chaotic neutral rogue.

Finally, Wonka Bars are just too wonky to be given an alignment.

Hope this helps!

I would posit that any candy bar that is apportioned into pieces, such as Kit-Kat, Caramilk, Mounds, etc., would be Lawful, where bars that you just tear into would line more towards the Chaotic end of the spectrum.

Add to that the gooey factor, as the inclination to be messy would also factor into the Law vs Chaos line.

So the Kit-Kat bar would be Lawful, but the Caramilk would be Neutral, and the Oh Henry would be Chaotic.

Many people are allergic to peanuts, so anything with peanuts moves one step closer to evil. Therefore, Peanut M&M's are Neutral, not Neutral Good.Correction: Many people think they're allergic to peanuts. Wheat and whey (both also found in many candy bars, including some you listed as "good") are both more common allergies.

Mr.Goodbars are not evil. Unlike Belkar, they really ARE misunderstood.
But Kit-Kats, Butterfingers, and Three-Musketeers are all awsoume, proving good triumphs over evil.

By the way-Hershys Bars are the paladins/crusders of the chocolate world.
Dark Chocolate Hershy's are fallen paladins.

With their rigid structure, I'd say Kit-Kats have to be Lawful. Because they rock, they're LG.

I'd say stuff like Milk Duds and Peanut M&M's are Neutral Good, as they're generally similiar in size and shape, but hey, a flattened Milk Dud or oversized Peanut M&M is no big deal.

Peanut Butter M&M's would be True Neutral, while regular ones would be Neutral Evil.

Baby Ruths strike me as Chaotic Neutral. They're all lumpy and random, and it seems like only every other bite is good...every other one has too much peanut-to-nougat ratio.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are totally True Neutral. They don't care about you. You're going to eat them no matter what.

I agree with the OP's Snickers being Lawful Evil thing. They're very corporate and identical, though their commercials are awesome.

Kit Kats can't have one alignment, I mean check out how many varieties there are. Does anyone really think Green Tea, and Honey Dew Kit Kats think the same as original Kit Kat? I hope not! :smalltongue:

Let's just do this based on ingrediants. Start a bar at 0 (both axis) and add the modifiers. L/C means the law chaos axis, G/E means the Good/Evil axis. See the table at the bottom to calculate the alignment from the score;

{TABLE=head]Ingrediant|Desc.|Modifier

Nougart|Soft and creamy|+1 G/E

Peanuts|Tasty but dangerous if alergic|-1 L/C

Dark Chocolate|Dark and bitter|-1 G/E

Almonds|Not for everyone|None

Toffee|Sweet and sticky|+1 G/E

Multiple Bars per pack|Efficently split across two bars|+1 L/C

Ripple/Flake chocolate|Complex and unpredicatble|-1 L/C

Artificial Chocolate/Chocolate flavouring|Pure Evil|-2 G/E

Wafer|Ordered layers|+1 L/C

Fudge|Softer and less sticky than toffee|+1 G/E

Raisens|I HATE THESE!|-1 G/E

Mixture of different things|Like revals or mars delights|-1 L/C

Many individual units (stacks with above)|Like skittles or M&Ms|-1 L/C

Biscuit (cookie) layer|Solid and crunchy layer|+1 L/C

Biscuit (cookie) bits|Random bits of crunch|-1 L/C

Cake layer|Universally loved|+1 G/E

Geletenous layer/Jam|Sweet and fruity|+1 G/E
And to convert the score;

{TABLE=head]Axis|1 to 3|-1 to 1|-3 to -2

G/E|Good|Neutral|Evil

L/C|Lawful|Neutral|Chaotic
Well, given all the named chocolates are knowingly made with cocoa beans produced with slave labour, even child slave labour, I don't think we can REALLY claim any of them are lawful.

You need to be fair trade for that.

(sorry to be political, but really... how do you think they come so cheap?)

Pfft, that's like saying someone's chaotic if their conception is... unplanned.

According to bisected8's chart, my favorite, giarardelli midnight dark is... *checks chart* True Neutral. Hmm. I guess it doesn't have enough distinguishing features.

By the way, is this the right place for this thread?

Cadburies, Lawful good, the almonds are neutral good, the fruity ones are more chaotic good, and of course, Hershey is mass produced and flavorless, like a corporate scheme... Lawful Evil!!! Almond joys, neutral good, and Lindt, lawful neutral.

Woah, I've never heard of half of these chocolates! I'm sorry for the RL moment, but I work at a sweet shop, and I've hardly heard of any of these! Perhaps it's because I'm in the UK, and these are US brands?

Anyway, Cadbury's Dairy Milk are Neutral Good.
