Something has been brought to my attention. Making your own avatars, 'with no skill', is bad. I was told that the way my avatar looks is bad (which it is). But the reason for this to let you I make my own avatars for a reason. The reason is that it is practice. I know I'll never be on the same level as many other avatarists, but that doesn't mean I'm going to let me make avatars for me. By practicing I learn new styles to help build my own.

I hope it wasn't my critiques that are causing this response - for what it's worth, I don't think your avatar is bad, and I was only trying to help you make it even better. I like the freehand style of it, even if it isn't true to OOTS (or Madness Combat in this particular case).

It wasn't you, your advice was indeed helpful. I like the freehand, for this reasons:

1) It is an always original style with every single artist.

2) No requirements needed.

3) Fun as heck!

It isn't like I'm not trying to get better with freehand. I am, really. Just give it time people, sooner or later I'll be a beast with freehand!
