Can a Divine spirit move at double speed? can I order it to occupy my space indefinitely until told otherwise, thus it will move at double speed when I charge?

If I gain a fly speed, is it land locked because it has no fly speed?

It states that you can have the spirit move once as a free action, so it appears that it can only move 30ft, on the ground, per turn. You can't really 'order it to remain in your space', you can only order it to move as fast as it can to reach your space.

I'd say it's in need of a bit of errata, but then what isn't nowadays?

If the party caster casts fly, mass, can it now fly at 60?
