Is Gabbly approved?

I've been wondering, is the Gabbly version of this site (http://www.gabbly.com/www.giantitp.com) approved by the mods?

I don't think moderator approval is relevant. It appears to be just a proxy site with a chat window added on, so it's as legal as any other proxy site, and the only one who can do anything about it (if at all) would be the Giant.
