I'm more worried that it's too recent, as in an april fools joke.

It's older than dirt, but I think the current home page is an April Fool's joke, as it implies that there's actual content to view, rather than it just being a fan idea with fancy flash graphics that'll never fly.

No, it's definitely real, not an April Fool's Joke. I've seen it before. The main page might have been changed a bit, though. But I still don't think it's too likely to work, anyway.

When I saw this thread, I thought it was an April Fools joke linking to some announcement saying that there was gonna be a season 2. :P
