Who's Uwe Boll? I see on IMDB that he directed BloodRayne....though I don't know if his association decreases or increases the likelihood of a hoax.

Uwe Boll is a German filmmaker notorious for making atrocious adaptations of video games. He directed Alone in the Dark, Bloodrayne, House of the Dead, In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale and Postal. Demented is just making a joke that he's involved.
