De shivers and looks at BR and Inigo as she hears the scream, her fingers clutching the arm of her chair.

Inigo can do nothing but shrug.

Jenny will find him, and rip out that thing's throat if it's still there.

He starts to walk torward THAT room again.

WHHOOOOOMBFFF!

Suddenly, the sanctified sigils that had long been inscribed by Neshi all over the base flare with the Purifying Flame, spewing hallowed fires in every direction.

Just as suddenly, the flares subside back into their normal state, of growling embers...

De gives a little eep and hugs her knees tightly, gathering her skirt up. Deciding she needs something to make her feel better, she grins at BR and nods her head towards Inigo's back.

[The Bushranger]

Bushranger gives her a reassuring smile, then smirks and nods.
Hey, Inigo.
He turns torwards him.
Something sticking out of your back pocket there, buddy.

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo tries to turn around.

Eh? Can you hold this for a sec?

He tries to hand the plate off to Bushranger.

[Diva De]

There is a small, folded piece of paper that smells faintly of perfume.

My dearest Inigo, I cannot keep the truth from you any longer. My heart feels it will explode if I do not confess it's secret - I love you, and I always have. Meet me tonight outside the infirmary and tell no one, please. Yours evermore in adulation, De.

On the back, in teeny, tiny, miniscule letters are the words April Fools.

BR takes the plate and tries to keep a straight face as Inigo reads the note.

"Did I miss something?" Hitomi was simply where ever anyone else was, her arms folded across her chest.

De's glance goes to BR. Can you let her know it's a joke? Like this?

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo reads the note. Before he gets half way done with it, he starts to gape. He looks at De and then looks back down at the note. He jumps when he hears Hitomi.

Gah! No! Nothing! You didn't miss anything!

Hitomi lifted an eyebrow at Inigo and snatched the note away, glancing over it before looking up at De with dark eyes.
"Look, bitch, I didn't say anything about BR or Rai-whatever. But if you think you can collect all the men in the house, we're gonna need to have a chat."

[Diva De]

De smirks and gets up. She blushes slightly as she passes Inigo, then slips into her room. Once the door is closed, she doubles over on the floor laughing.

[The Bushranger]

Sure thing, babe.

Inigo will now hear Bushranger's grinning voice in his head.
She got you good, buddy...April Fool!

He then walks over to whisper something in Hitomi's ear.

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo looks at the back of the note, and sighs deeply. He falls on the couch.

Ha ha Bushranger...

[The Bushranger]

Bushranger smirks, and heads off to De's room, Indy at his heels, where he knocks on the door.

[Diva De]

De pokes her head out of her room, still giggling. Is the coast clear? Or is Hitomi still ready to bash my skull against the floor?

Of course, by now, Hitomi's already flaming with anger...and now she has nowhere to go with it. Grunting, she went off to find something to hit and/or eat.

[The Bushranger]

BR chuckles.
Might want to lay low until she takes it out on somebody else. You got him good, babe.
Indy yips and tries to squeeze in through the door.

Inigo follow's brhind Hitomi.

You do know it was a joke, right? Besides, I don't like her that way...

De giggles again and nods as Indy slips past her legs and hops onto the bed with Raistlin. She tries to stand in the opening so BR won't see him and get hurt or upset. She catches what Inigo is saying and chuckles. Though from the way he reacted, you might think he did...

Bushranger nods.
I think you really freaked him out.
He pauses.
Do you want to do anything, or would you rather I left you to your snuggling?

[Diva De]

De winces, then again as BR sees right through her. No, I think maybe I should go apologize. She squeezes out the door and heads for the kitchen, listing off her agenda as she goes. Cheese to pacify Hitomi, apologies to both, got it!

"I know, but I've got all this...grr..I'm so worked up and now.." She fluttered her wings irritatedly.

Bushranger follows at a comfortable distance.

Inigo takes a seat, somewhere.

"Do you honestly think you could?" Her black bat wings continued to flutter ever so irritatedly, but she sat down next to him anyways.
Damn her weakness for him.

De nods a bit, still worried about it. He's her best friend, after all. She hears Inigo and lurks outside the door. BR, do me a favor? Fetch me some cheese from the fridge so I can make a good entrance?

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo smiles.

I think so. I have two things really. One: We can get her back, and two, I'm having a party.

He takes her hand, and squeezes it gently.

[The Bushranger]

No problem.

Bushranger turns invisible and tiptoes into the kitchen, phasing his hands into the refrigerator and retrieving a fairly large wheel of fresh Gouda, then sneaking his way back out before returning to visibility and offering De said cheesy comfort food.

Hitomi rolled her eyes, taking his hand into hers.
" A party? For what?" Even with the disdain in her voice, she seemed much more docile.

No reason. I just felt like having a party.

De takes the cheese in both hands, takes a deep breath, and steps around the corner into the kitchen. She grins sheepishly at the pair. Hey guys, sorry about that. It was supposed to happen yesterday, when it might have been more expected. Here, I come bearing cheese! She smiles hopefully at Hitomi and offers it to her.

Bushranger returns to invisibility, and watches from the doorway.

Hitomi rolled her eyes, but could not help grinning as she accepted the cheese.
"Its fine, really. I think I probably would have reacted the same yesterday. I'm a little..uh...protective of Inigo."

De nods, understanding all too well. It's alright - I really should have known better. Heh, did you see how I reacted when that shadow bimbo came in and called BR her "loverboy". And he's not even my boyfriend! She chuckles, trying to ignore the slight tugging at her heart she suddenly feels. So...I heard something about a party? She neglects to mention that she also heard Inigo mention getting back at her.

BR's player having to go for lunch, he remains invisible and listening.

[Quinsar]

Quinsar walks in, and takes a seat. He silently begins to read.

Inigo gets the hint, and nods.

Yeah. It's been a while since we've had a party...so I decided to throw one.

Nomlas rushes in holding scotch, cake, more booze and several hookers follow behind him. I heard someone say party? Oh man, I've been saving this stuff for so long. Even the hookers, I kept them locked in a cupboard.

De grins, trusting her hands into her back pockets...and then she realizes she's wearing a skirt. Sighing, she crosses her arms instead and leans back against the wall. When? And what can I do to help? De grins at Nomlas. Why aren't they pickled by now? The hookers, I mean. Meh, doesn't matter. my Nom-y Nom is here now. She heads over and pinches his cheek like you would a small child.

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo sighs, and looks at Nomlas.

You do know that noone hear needs hookers except you, right?

[Almighty Salmon]

Nomlas raises his eyebrow and rubs his cheek straight after De pinches it. Geez, you're not my mother. He then looks back at the hookers and frowns slightly, while placing the party supplies on the table. They may be a little off their A game, I've fed them only on bread and water. They havn't seen the light for a while either.. He spins around and looks at Inigo while groaning. Come on Mongo, live a little! I know for a fact Tiffany likes you, she's a sucker for moustaches.

[Inigo Montoya]

Inigo steps away.

Oh no. No. Get it?

Hitomi perked up, grinning devilishly.
"Did I hear hookers?"

Nomlas sighs as Inigo steps away. .. Get what? Fine, suit yourself. You're hurting Tiffany's feelings though! He takes a bottle of scotch from the table and looks over at Hitomi while sipping at it. You're damn right. I don't have any male ones though, sorry.

De, not having anything better to do, decides to torment Nomlas a bit. She puts an arm around his shoulders and nuzzles his cheek. But baby, I thought you loved me. She grins and kisses his cheek gently, winking at Hitomi.

Nomlas stares at Hitomi in shock, after a few seconds he shakes his head and returns to normal. Holy hooker, that's so hot. Go ahead, pick one. At that moment, De puts her arm around Nomlas and kisses him on the cheek. He quickly recoils and stumbles back against the wall, rubbing his cheek rapidly. Eww, stop it! You're ruining the best moment of my life!

"No, Nomlas, why don't you pick one for me?" She returned the wink to De.
"Know that whichever you pick, you send to their doom."

Inigo sighs.

De claps her hands and grins. Is it a sexy doom? Can I watch? Noting the odd looks she's getting, she shrugs. What? I might be a teeny tiny bit of a closet voyeur...

Nomlas stares mindlessly at Hitomi again before spinning around to look at the hookers. Err, sorry Kelly. Looks like you meet your doom today, was nice knowing you! The young blonde woman nervously walks towards Hitomi, her hands tremble slightly. Nomlas turns to face Inigo again, he smirks and pats him on the back. Relax! These hookers are trained for undead situations. Although, I'm not sure if they're ready for somebody like Hitomi..

Inigo rolls his eyes.

Nomlas stares gawkingly as Hitomi slowly leans in to kiss Kelly. Holy crap, this is so freakin' awesome!

Inigo just closes his eyes.The camera keeps recording though.

De feels a little dirty herself, but watches, grinning. You know, I'd probably kiss you too, Hitomi, if I wasn't afraid that bad things might happen to me if I did.

Nomlas looks over at De and grins menacingly. Then do it! For the love of god, please do it!

The hooker slumped over, and Hitomi turned to grin at De.

De grins at Hitomi, then turns to Nomlas. Oh, I remember what happened the last time I kissed you - bad things. She shudders slightly at the memory.

Sorry to interrupt whatever was going on, but I can only be on for 30 minutes.

This time, there is no warning that something bad is about to happen, it just happens.

Hitomi will probably suddenly freeze up, but still able to look around.

Inigo will suddenly be thrust on the floor (which will feel more painful then it should).

De will have nasty flash backs of what she saw when she was trying to help Masato, pain and all.

De shrieks and falls to the floor, writhing with the sudden pain that wracks her.

Indeed, the vampiress found she couldn't move much more than her eyes, and, on the inside, she sobbed in fear.

Nomlas looks around in shock as people start to fall to the floor and freeze suddenly. Oh come on, not now! We were just starting to have fun! :smallfrown:

Mostly directed to Hitomi, she may recognize it as the voice, much clearer this time.

Her gaze should momentarily be directed towards De, but then towards Inigo. She will be unable to look away.

Inigo should *probably* start screaming out in pain from coldness enveloping him, so cold it burns him. And of course, the feeling that he is getting stabbed by icy daggers all over.

After that, Hitomi should lay eyes on a small white cub that just appeared in the room, Kiba. Apparently unable to move.

Suddenly, the sacred sigils in every square centimetre of the base flare with the Purifying Flame. Hallowed fires roar across the room in mystic columns of pulsating, blazing light that burns all evil entities.

Neshi materializes from the faintest patch of shadow and thrusts his claw into Hitomi's chest, channeling a protective Tainting therein. Growling at all and sundry, he says, "What mischief is afoot/ How fare ye, comrades?"

Inigo's screams drew goosebumps on her flesh.

The sigils will be contained with a strange more powerful unknown force that no one has felt yet. The sigils are there, but their light can't shine through the darkness.

A single day, in order to complete what I need.

He's unaffected, and it will work as long as Hitomi is willing (in a way... It can be forced willing), otherwise it won't.

If Hitomi says, "Yes" (in a way). Inigo will stop, and all his traces will vanish.

The voice will enter Hitomi, and stay there in her mind for now... Hitomi can control herself normally, but may be godmodded at next undeadtime of mine.

"GRRAAAAHK!" NEshi roars in frustration and grasps the shoulders of both Inigo and Hitomi, channeling the Flame ((Hitomi's no longer evil, right?)) into them.

"Curse my absence!", he snarls. Then, with nostrils twitching, says, "That... shadowspawn! I smell it! What ye feel comrades... 'tis much-akin to that curse from old Draken... what was it called... ah, Love's Pain..."

Standing, drawing himself to his full height, he roars into the depths of the darkness, "Come out and show thyself, craven daemon! I'll rend thee asunder and feast upon thy burned entrails, by Horakhte!"

"NYYYAAAAAAARRRRGGGH!", roars the Fallen Templar in righteous rage as he leaps away and claws and bites at every patch of deeper darkness that covers his beloved sigils, consuming the essences of the shadowstuff therefrom.

Hitomi's eyes remained somewhat dull as she squeezed Inigo's hand once more, watching Neshi before she leaned in close to Inigo.

I'm sory to hear that De. Does anything else happen when these occurances start? I worked on similar cases with the police in Austin, Texas so I may be able to help a bit.

De shakes her head again, eyeing Hitomi and Inigo with a bit of jealousy. Ask Hitomi - it went after her before me.

Tempest continues to hug De, Axel goes over to Hitomi. When these events happen, are they accompanied by anything else which is unusual?

Tempest Casts a Cure Serious Wound on De before she leaves, before casting one on Inigo. Did that help at all?

Strange. I would expect something like this to leave some clues, or at least be preceeded by another event.

De shakes her head at the fox. It doesn't seem to manifest as an ACTUAL wound, even though it hurts like the ninth layer of hell. She leans against the kitchen door, smiling faintly at Inigo and Hitomi. No, you guys have your moment, it's cute. I'll just go snuggle with my comatose boyfriend.

[Quinsar]

Quinsar walks to Tempest's side, Vegarius follows behind, his hands neatly folded in his robes, as is proper.
So, do we have a plan to stop it?

"I'm fairly sure it'll stop itself soon." She smiled at De, and, taking Inigo's cue, spoke.

I don't know. Axel knows more about this sort of thing then I do and he doesn;t have any ideas at all.

Wait....if those cameras are working, there should be footage of what happened. Can someone get me some tapes from when these events happened please?

The other man is wearing thick gloves and a mask while looking in the fridge.

"None of this can be saved, it's better to torch the thing and get a new one."

He turns away to reach in a cupboard and pulls out a flamethrower.

Just cleaning up some garbage.>

Tobias picks up a nearby potted plant and tosses it to Henry, who, dodging the copies, disappears into it. Tobias makes no effort to dodge the other attacks, or to defend himself.

Probably someone may notice, Inigo especially if he happens to be with or looking at Hitomi.

Hitomi seems somewhat distant, she standing still in a middle of a room concentrating somewhat. It gives one a strange feeling once they look at Hitomi, like something isn't right.

In a split second, where she once stood is a form of a young man kneeling down (quite young by the way he looks) with silver hair (not long, a bit less then shoulder length).

He's wearing strange dark clothes, don't seem to be armor nor robe, also to mention a strange black stone sheath at his side carved with runes.

His face is deathly white, as well as his hands. Shadows rise up to him and cover his hands, which take a more solid form, turning into black gloves.

He opens his eyes (blood red) and stands up, starting to walk away without much of a look at Inigo.
